Self Performing Capabilities
Concrete
Control of cost, schedule and quality are three of the most important factors of any project. By self performing 100% of our concrete work, Marcobay has a significant advantage. By using GPS with Total Station and 3-D profiling, Marcobay can prepare sub grade and shape the earth with the highest level of accuracy. Two Somero Laser Screeds enable Marcobay to place and finish large quantities of concrete paving in a single pour faster, flatter and with fewer people.
Tilt—Up
Tilt-up lends itself to fast-track construction because wall panel construction can proceed while other phases are completed simultaneously.
Load bearing reinforced concrete wall panels are cast horizontally on the floor slab or a casting slab and are tilted into their final vertical position with high capacity mobile cranes. This process is designed for efficiency and speed of erection.
