Publix Supermarkets Distribution

Publix Supermarkets hired Marcobay Construction as their construction manager for the 550,000 SF expansion of a Dry Warehouse in Lakeland, Florida. The expansion doubled the size of the existing warehouse and was completed in July of 2012. The project consists of 178 tilt-up panels that exceed 50 ft in height, 200,000 cubic yards of import fill and Kalman Floor Company industrial concrete floors.
