Sleepy Hill Elementary

This elementary school campus consists of 107,000 SF of classrooms, administrative, media, cafeteria and auditorium space. The exterior skin of the building is block and brick with a standing seam metal roof. This state of the art school is equipped with interactive SMART Boards in each classroom which enhance the learning environment. Marcobay Construction has completed over 30 projects with the Polk County School Board since 1989.
