About the Project

The School Board of Polk County hired Marcobay Construction Inc as the construction manager for the new Davenport K-8 School of the Arts. The construction consisted of six new buildings on a 40 acre site; two 2-story classrooms, a 500 seat auditorium, cafeteria, administrative building, track, baseball Fields, gymnasium and basketball courts.
