Packaging Corporation of America, a leading manufacturer of containerboard and corrugated packaging, selected Marcobay Construction as the design/build contractor for their Central Florida distribution center. The 200,000 SF project was delivered on a fast-track schedule; designed, permitted and built in only seven months. Marcobay provided architectural, engineering and construction services,including self-performing all concrete work, carpentry and site work.
