Davenport K-8 School of the Arts

The School Board of Polk County hired Marcobay Construction as the construction manager for the new Davenport K-8 School of the Arts. The construction consisted of six new buildings on a 40-acre site; two 2-story classrooms, a 500 seat auditorium, cafeteria, administrative building, track, baseball fields, gymnasium and basketball courts.
